Well, not been at work over the weekend so haven’t had access to my list. #4 is - The day you left home.
In answer to this, I’m not exactly sure when I left home! Because I loved in Manchester for a bit, then London and then finally moved to Saffron Walden, I’m not too sure which one becomes my leaving home day!!
I can say that on all 3 occasions it wasn’t a solum moment at all. As a family, we’ve never been close, there’s never been any hugs or anything like that.
For me, leaving home wasn’t anything except an escape from a home I didn’t like with people that I weren’t particularly closely connected to and such an exciting opportunity to leave a live that I actually wanted to create my own path in life. :-)
Well, Dancing On Ice has now left our screens for ever, well until they do some kind of reunion show in a couple of years I’m sure!
What a fantastic last episode. Loved seeing Philip on the ice, did make me laugh. Is a pity that the bleakly Christine Bleakly didn’t fall - that would’ve been hilarious!! Was lovely seeing Holly there as well - I love Holly and she was a better presenter by far over Christine!
Obviously the star of the show were the skaters and have to say that Beth and Hayley did a cracking job and the wrong person won (I think).
Don’t get me wrong, Ray Quim can skate and he’s good at skating. But I think that his balero was the ONLY time he did a couple (albeit basic) lifts in the whole series. He may have been OK at skating round on the ice, and providing the little bits in the performances to fit with whatever scene he was playing upto, but there were no lifts.
Surely I can’t have been the only person to have missed this?
I honestly thought that Hayley should’ve won. Sadly she didn’t.
Well, another pic of the day…the gorgeous Luke Mitchell currently in The Tomorrow People (with David Amell - future pic of the week I’m thinking).
